How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart, choose Checkout, enter your contact and delivery details, pick a shipping option and select a payment method. You can check out as a guest or with an account.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available for your order, such as online payment or cash on delivery, are shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your currency and destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and charges are calculated from your delivery address and appear at checkout before you pay. Orders from â‚ą5,000.00 qualify for free shipping on eligible options.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If you have an account, your orders are also listed under My orders.
How do I choose the right size?
Kurtas and similar garments list their available sizes and fit on each product page. Carpets show their dimensions, and shawls list their length and width. Please see the Size Guide, and contact us if you would like help choosing.
What is the difference between a wool and a silk carpet?
Wool carpets are woven or knotted from wool pile, while silk carpets use silk or silk-blend fibres, which have a finer, more lustrous finish. Each product page states the material.
How do I look after my purchase?
Every product page lists care instructions. In general, vacuum carpets gently along the pile, keep shawls dry and folded, and wipe handcrafted decorative pieces with a soft dry cloth.
Can I return or exchange something?
Return requests are made from your order page once an order has been delivered. See the Return & Exchange page for how it works.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders, keep a wishlist and fill in your details faster.
